Mobius provides fractional PMO and operational support services for businesses, helping organisations manage projects more effectively and improve execution.
Despite the strength of its expertise, the brand’s online presence had been largely inactive, resulting in limited visibility and engagement.
To grow its brand and reach potential clients, Mobius needed a consistent organic marketing strategy that could increase awareness, showcase expertise, and position the founder as a thought leader in the project management space.

The content strategy needed to make project management concepts more accessible and relevant to business leaders.
Rather than simply posting more often, Mobius needed to turn deep operational expertise into useful content that business leaders could understand, trust, and act on.
What we did
We developed an organic marketing strategy focused on consistent content creation, thought leadership, and audience engagement.
This included regular social media content across Instagram and Facebook, supported by email campaigns that shared deeper insights and case studies.
We also introduced a webinar series centred around practical project management topics, giving Mobius an opportunity to engage directly with its audience.
Alongside content creation and campaign execution, we implemented a consistent reporting structure to track engagement and refine the strategy over time.
Result
Over time, the content and webinars helped establish Mobius as a credible voice in the project management space.
Engagement across social media improved significantly, with posts averaging around 4% engagement and generating multiple shares.
Webinar participation also grew steadily, with attendance increasing from a small initial group to approximately 20 participants by the final session.
For Mobius, the opportunity was not simply to post more often. It was to turn deep operational expertise into content that business leaders could understand, trust, and act on.
